Pillar

Cloud & Migration

We move your workloads to Azure or AWS with a plan: what moves, in what order, what it will cost each month and how to roll back if something fails.

When does it make sense?

  • Your own servers are reaching end of life.
  • A migration postponed for fear of stopping operations.
  • You don’t know what running in the cloud would cost.

Scope

What’s included

  1. Assessment

Inventory of servers, applications and dependencies, with an estimated monthly cloud cost.

  2. Wave plan

Workloads grouped by risk and dependency, with cutover windows agreed with you.

  3. Landing zone first

Identity, networking and baseline policies ready from day one.

  4. Migration and validation

We move, test and document every workload, always with a rollback plan.

  5. Path to multicloud

Designs that don’t lock you into a single cloud when that doesn’t make sense.

Method

How we work

Three steps, always with the same team and everything documented.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Inventory, dependencies and cost estimate before anything moves.

  2. 02

    Pilot

One representative workload migrated and tested before the rest.

  3. 03

    Waves and close

Wave-based migration, controlled cutover and support afterwards.

Reference architecture

From the data center to the cloud, layer by layer.

Nothing migrates until the landing zone that will receive it exists.

FAQ

What people usually ask us

Do I have to stop operations?

We plan cutover windows with you, at the time that least affects your operation. Every wave has a rollback plan.

Should I go with Azure or AWS?

It depends on your applications, licensing and team. The assessment compares both options with costs and recommends one, with its reasons.

How much does a migration cost?

It is quoted based on the number of servers and applications. The assessment gives you the migration cost and the estimated monthly cloud cost before you decide.

What happens after the migration?

You can stay with us on an operations plan, or take the documentation and run it with your own team.
