Pillar

DevOps & Platform

We automate how you build, test and deploy: pipelines, infrastructure as code and observability, so every change is repeatable.

When does it make sense?

  • Deployments are manual and fail differently every time.
  • Nobody can rebuild an environment from scratch.
  • You find out about failures when a customer complains.

Scope

What’s included

  1. CI/CD

Pipelines on Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline, with approvals where they matter.

  2. Infrastructure as code

Terraform or Bicep, versioned, reviewed and applied through a pipeline.

  3. Observability

Metrics, logs and alerts with an owner, and dashboards per service.

  4. SRE

Service level objectives, blameless incident reviews and continuous improvement.

  5. DevOps platform migration

For example, from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services, with repositories, pipelines, boards and permissions.

Method

How we work

Three steps, always with the same team and everything documented.

  1. 01

    Delivery map

How a change gets from your repository to production today.

  2. 02

    Baseline pipeline

One service automated end to end, as a template for the rest.

  3. 03

    Adoption

Your team uses and adjusts the platform; we stay alongside.

Reference architecture

FAQ

What people usually ask us

Which tools do you use?

The ones you already have when that makes sense: Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab or AWS native tools. We don’t force you to switch platforms.

Terraform or Bicep?

Terraform if you work with more than one cloud; Bicep if everything lives on Azure and your team prefers it.

Can you migrate our Azure DevOps Server?

Yes. We migrate repositories, pipelines, boards and permissions with Microsoft’s official tool, and test with a pilot project before cutover.

How long does that migration take?

Between 5 and 6 weeks: assessment, identity readiness, pilot, full migration and one week of cutover and hypercare.
