Pillar

Operations, Support & Plans

We run and look after your infrastructure every month: monitoring, specialized support and maintenance, including your camera and video surveillance network.

When does it make sense?

  • Nobody checks your servers or cameras until they fail.
  • When something goes down, there’s no one to call.
  • You don’t have a reliable inventory of your equipment.

FAQ

What people usually ask us

Which plan do I need?

It depends on how much equipment you have and how fast you need a response. Compare the three plans or ask for a site survey.

What is the response time?

72 business hours on the Basic plan, 24 on Business, and 4 hours for critical incidents on Fully managed. It is written into the scope annex.

Are spare parts included?

Consumables and minor maintenance materials are included. New equipment, expansions and civil works are quoted separately.

Where do you provide on-site service?

Across the Monterrey metro area and municipalities of Nuevo León. Outside that area we travel on site with expenses quoted separately; remote support is available on every plan.
