Core
Governance & Well-Architected
We put your cloud in order before it grows: identities, permissions, costs and policies, reviewed against the Well-Architected Framework and documented.
When does it make sense?
- Nobody knows for sure who has access to what.
- The cloud bill keeps rising and nobody can say why.
- Every project was deployed its own way and nothing is documented.
Scope
What’s included
Well-Architected review
We assess your workloads against the framework’s pillars and give you a prioritized risk plan.
Landing zone
Account or subscription structure, networking and baseline policies, so you can grow without rebuilding.
Security and identity
Least-privilege access, MFA, logging and detection in Microsoft Entra ID or AWS IAM Identity Center.
FinOps
Tagging, budgets, alerts and savings recommendations we review with you.
Policies and compliance
Preventive controls with Azure Policy or AWS Organizations, and audit-ready evidence.
Method
How we work
Three steps, always with the same team and everything documented.
01
Review
Interviews and a read of your actual configuration, with read-only access. No production changes.
02
Prioritized plan
Risks ranked by impact, with the scope and effort of every fix.
03
Remediation
We apply the fixes you choose, as code, and measure again.

FAQ
What people usually ask us
What is the Well-Architected Framework?
It is a public framework from AWS and Microsoft for assessing cloud architectures. AWS organizes it into six pillars and Azure into five. We use it because it is auditable: every finding points to a documented practice.
How long does a review take?
Between one and three weeks, depending on the number of workloads and accounts. We agree on it before we start.
Do you need admin access?
No. Read-only access is enough for the review. Change permissions are requested later, for each fix you approve.
Does it work if I use Azure and AWS at the same time?
Yes. We review each cloud against its own framework and give you a single prioritized plan.
