Pillar
Modernization
We move your applications out of legacy in stages: containers, managed services and data ready to grow, without rewriting everything at once.
When does it make sense?
- A critical application only one person knows how to deploy.
- An operating system, database or framework that is out of support.
- Every change takes weeks because everything depends on everything.
Scope
What’s included
Application assessment
What should be rehosted, replatformed or redesigned, and why.
Containers
Application packaging and orchestration on Azure Kubernetes Service, Amazon EKS or managed container services.
Data
Migration to managed databases, tested backups and separate environments.
Legacy exit
Gradual retirement of components, with the application running throughout.
Architecture documentation
Diagrams and recorded decisions so your team can sustain it.
Method
How we work
Three steps, always with the same team and everything documented.
01
Assessment
Current architecture, technical debt and risks, application by application.
02
First component
We modernize a bounded piece and measure before moving on.
03
Transition
The rest moves in stages, without switching off what works.
Reference architecture
From a monolith to services you can change.
The application keeps running while each part moves to its new platform.

FAQ
What people usually ask us
Do we have to rewrite the application?
Not always. Many applications can be replatformed with minor changes. The assessment tells you what makes sense in each case.
Is Kubernetes required?
No. We recommend it only when the number of services justifies it; otherwise we use simpler managed options.
How long does it take to modernize an application?
Between 4 and 12 weeks per application, depending on its size. We define it after the assessment.
